The most difficult thing when you buy a ring online is being sure you are getting the right size. There are several factors that affect ring size besides actual finger measurement, such as temperature (smaller fingers when it's cold, bigger when it's warm), different size between your fingers, even the dimension and properties of the ring affect...

Most of the websites suggest to cut a string of paper, put it around your finger and then measure the length of this piece of paper. I'd suggest avoiding this kind of measurements, but in case you're going to do it this way, try to find a similar material instead of the paper, like a wire (a flattened out paper clip can work).

Always onsider the size of your knuckle, the ring should fit slightly tight over it and sit comfortably on your finger.

Remember the best way to determine ring size is to go to a jeweller for a fitting.

SHIPPING

My pieces are made to order, please allow 3-6 days to be ready to ship. Let me know before purchasing if you need your item by a specific time, I will try my best to accommodate all requests.

All my orders are sent as registered mail via "Correos", which is the official Spanish postal service. Estimated delivery times:

- Spain: 5 working days.

- Europe: 7-10 working days.

- Rest of the world: 10-20 working days.

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout, shipping discount for multiple items.

International non EU customers please note, you may be charged customs fees or taxes based on your country's customs policy.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please look carefully the piece you are buying, read the description and feel free to ask any question.

Contact me if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase or if there is any problem with the piece. Due to the handcrafted process of the pieces, returns are not accepted, but I will gladly issue an exchange or a resizing if the ring does not fit you:

- Write me within 7 business days from receiving the item.

- I will only accept merchandise for non-sale items, in unused conditions and original packaging.

- The buyer is responsible of shipping back the item (we recommend registering the parcel).

Lo más complicado cuando se compra un anillo a través de una tienda online es asegurarse de elegir la talla correcta. Hay varios factores que afectan la talla del anillo, ya que además del tamaño de nuestro dedo, hay factores como la temperatura (dedos más pequeños cuando hace frío, más grandes y dilatados con el calor), diferentes tamaños entre los diferentes dedos, incluso la dimensión y las propiedades del anillo en sí pueden afectar a la talla.

Existen maneras de calcular la talla desde casa, como cortar un trozo de papel, ponerlo alrededor del anillo y medir después la longitud. Sin embargo, es preferible evitar este tipo de técnicas. Si aún así se va a intentar, es preferible encontrar un material similar, como un trocito de alambre, en lugar de usar papel (por ejemplo, un clip estirado podría funcionar).

Hay que considerar el tamaño del nudillo, el anillo debe pasar de manera justa sobre él y acomodarse fácilmente en el dedo.

La mejor manera de determinar el tamaño del anillo es ir a un joyero para una perfecta medición.

PAGO

Se aceptan pagos a través las principales tarjetas de crédito/débito o a través de Stripe.

ENVÍO

Todas las piezas se fabrican bajo pedido, el tiempo de trabajo oscila de 3 a 6 días, aunque a veces existe un pequeño stock listo para enviar en el caso de piezas chapadas en oro. En el caso de que se necesite un determinado artículo en un plazo específico, escribe al email e intentaré acomodarme a él.

El envio se realizará certificado a través de Correos. Los plazos de entrega estimados:

- España: 5 días laborables.

- Europa: 7-10 días laborables.

- Resto de países: 10-20 días laborables.

Los gastos de envío se calculan al realizar el pedido. Se aplicará un descuento en el importe en el caso de compras de más de un artículo.

Para envíos internacionales fuera de la UE podrán aplicarse impuestos de aduana, esto dependerá de las políticas de cada país.

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

Por favor, revisa cuidadosamente las fotos de la pieza que estás comprando, lee la descripción y no dudes en contactarnos si tienes alguna pregunta.

Contacta conmigo si existe algún motivo tras la compra por la cual no estás satisfecho con la pieza adquirida. Debido a que cada pieza está hecha bajo pedido, no se aceptan devoluciones, aunque no habrá ningún problema si quieres realizar un cambio o ajustar la talla en caso de los anillos:

- Contacta en un plazo de 7 días hábiles a partir de la recepción del artículo.

- Solamente se aceptan artículos no rebajados, que no hayan sido utilizados y vengan en su embalaje original.

- El comprador es responsable del envío de vuelta del artículo (se recomienda certificar el paquete).
